We're licensed Florida general contractors (CRC1331628 + CGC1522463) who do small jobs. Most handymen aren't licensed. We are.
Plaster walls behave differently under paint than drywall — they hold moisture, need different primer, and the surface texture shows through if the prep is wrong. St. Pete's pre-1960 housing stock still has a lot of original plaster, so we prep for the actual substrate, not the assumed one.
A division of Revolution Contractors LLC. Same shop, same license, same insurance — routed to the small-job side.

Prep is where a paint job earns or loses its lifespan. We drop-cloth everything, tape off outlets and trim, patch and prime any wall damage before the finish coat, and cut in before rolling. On plaster walls we use a bonding primer that's different from what modern drywall needs. On kitchens and bathrooms we use a scrubbable finish, not a flat wall paint. Small choices that add up to a job that holds instead of peeling in a year.
