Insurance + paperwork
Commercial work has more paperwork than residential — that's normal. We issue COIs naming your building, landlord, or corporate entity as additional insured before the first day of work. Our workers' comp policy covers everyone we dispatch. If your master service agreement requires specific insurance limits or wording, send us the requirements when you reach out and we'll match them before we schedule.
What's out of scope
Small commercial repair is our lane. Full tenant improvements, ground-up commercial construction, kitchen equipment install with gas or refrigerant lines, industrial mechanical work, elevator or sprinkler modifications — those need trade-specific licenses and larger crews. If you're planning a full build-out, the parent Revolution side runs commercial GC work at that scale under the same license. For small punch-list, maintenance, and repair scope, we're the faster path.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle after-hours or overnight work?
Yes when the scope calls for it. Restaurants can't shut a dining room to fix drywall in the middle of service. Retail can't lose front-of-house hours to a paint job. We schedule after-hours or overnight when access requires it, and we quote the after-hours rate up front so there's no surprise on the invoice. Standard-hours work is usually more efficient, but we work around your operating schedule when we need to.
Can you issue a COI naming us as additional insured?
Yes. Certificates of insurance naming your building, landlord, HOA, or corporate entity as additional insured are standard for us — we issue them from our carrier before the first day of work. Send us the exact certificate holder name and the limits your lease or master service agreement requires when you reach out.
Do you do ongoing maintenance contracts?
We can. For property groups with multiple locations or a repeating punch list, an ongoing maintenance arrangement makes the truck-roll math work better than one-off calls. Typical arrangement: photo-and-price on each item, batched to a scheduled visit day, invoiced monthly. Ask us — the shape depends on your portfolio and scope pattern.
What's out of scope for small commercial work?
